Overall I had a great stay at this hotel but it’s just that it’s a bit far away from many other things to do in Flic en Flac. Especially at night if you want to go and explore other bars around. However Saturday was lit. I enjoyed the traditional dance performance and some zouk music that I haven’t heard for a long time. It reminded of my childhood.

The resort has some wonderful staff. One of them being Zayed Laminu at the front desk. He is just after the comfort and satisfaction of guests. Gilbert is also one, taking care of the safety of the resort and the guests. Vijayen is also a wonderful personality ensuring the cleanliness of the rooms.

Mr Govend was warm and hospitable. A very hardworking man. His attitude and performance are also reflected in the staff of Food and Beverages Department which he heads. They are all warm and friendly.

Kleines, aber feines Hotel. Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit hier und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Hotelpersonal war super freundlich und interessiert an den Bedürfnissen der Gäste. Das Essen war auch fast immer lecker. Gut gelegen, Bushaltestelle ca 100m entfernt, kleiner Lebensmittelladen ca 50m und nach links ein echt schöner Strand!

Nous avons passé une excellente journée à l’hôtel. Le personnel était extrêmement gentil, amical et toujours serviable. L’ambiance générale est calme et relaxante, idéale pour se ressourcer. La vue est tout simplement magnifique. Côté restauration, la nourriture était bonne — rien d’exceptionnel, mais tout à fait correcte. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’attention du chef cuisinier, qui est venu nous saluer personnellement pour s’assurer que tout s’était bien passé. Un vrai plus ! Un grand merci à notre barman Annicet et à l’animatrice Christabelle, tous deux formidables, très joviaux et dynamiques. Notre serveuse (dont j’ai malheureusement oublié le nom) était elle aussi très aimable et attentionnée, toujours soucieuse de notre confort. Nous avons également apprécié la visite du directeur, venu nous saluer en personne. Ce genre de geste fait toute la différence et montre un vrai souci du détail. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience !

We recently organized a day package at this hotel to celebrate our son's first birthday, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks and cocktails, which set the perfect tone for the day. The food throughout the event was delicious and well-presented, catering to both adults and children. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. A special thank you to Mr. Munish Kumar, the manager, who was incredibly helpful in setting up the event and ensuring all details were in place. His professionalism and attentiveness made a huge difference. We’d also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to miss Annabelle. She provided excellent service with a smile and was truly wonderful in looking after our guests. All in all, it was a memorable celebration in a beautiful setting, made even more special by the amazing team at the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking to host an event or simply enjoy a great day out.

Quiet hotel this time of year even though the weather was consistently warm/hot. The terrace for sunbathing and swimming was immaculate. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and do their best to ensure your stay is comfortable. Each time I returned from breakfast my room was very clean, tidy and smelling fresh thanks to housekeeping especially Vijayun. Will definitely return.
